HINNY PA610 (Nylon 610) is a high-performance bio-based polyamide, Leveraging a unique molecular structure with a longer hydrocarbon chain. - Significantly, it offers a reduced carbon footprint, enabled by its high bio-based content (up to 60% derived from renewable castor beans) and lower processing energy requirements.
- This unique combination of sustainable sourcing and robust material performance makes PA610 the responsible choice for engineers seeking reliability while lowering environmental impact.
Compared with PA6 or PA66, PA610 is more excellent in terms of flexibility, chemical resistance and dimensional stability.

Low water absorption
1. Low Moisture Absorption:
Compared with PA6 and PA66, PA610 Absorbs 30% less moisture. This feature results in excellent dimensional stability, even in high - humidity environments, ensuring consistent performance in long - term use.
2. Enhanced Chemical & Solvent Resistance:
Outstanding resistance to alkalis, fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids, and many organic solvents. Superior resistance to salt solutions and road chemicals compared to PA6/PA66.
3. Low Friction & Excellent Wear Resistance:
Ideal for cable insulation compound or dynamic parts like precision gears, bearings, and bushings, reducing friction and extending service life.
4. Good low temperature resistance
PA610 retains high impact resistance and ductility down to -40°C and below.
